Does Johny Galeki have a voice that should be in cartoons?

Hey guys whenever I watch The Big Bang Theory and hear Leonard's voice
aka Johny Galeki's I keep thinking his voice would sound perfect in a
cartoon. It's just funny to hear, it seems so animated the way Jonhy's
voice sounds. Do you guys agree?
